We will make every effort to schedule same-day appointments for urgent matters. If you are unable to keep your appointment or expect that you will be late, please notify the office as soon as possible. Questions of a non-emergency nature such as prescription refills or insurance inquiries should be handled as early in the day as possible. Occasionally, appointments may have to be rescheduled due to changes in our surgical scheduling, and we appreciate your understanding if this occurs.

After Hours and Emergencies
We are always available for urgent problems and will return phone calls as soon as possible. After hours, our doctors can be reached through our answering service which will cover our general phone number after 5:00 p.m. (Note: if your phone has “Call Block” , you will need to unblock in order to get a call back from the doctor.)

If you have not received a call back from our doctors within 30 minutes, please notify the answering service. If, for any reason, your are unable to reach us by phone, help can always be obtained at the nearest emergency room.

To the Roswell Office:
GA400 N. Exit at Mansell Road, left onto Alpharetta Hwy.
Turn right and proceed about 1 mile. Turn right onto Hembree Road.
(at Hennessey Jaguar) Go about 1/4 mile to 1357 Hembree Rd.
Our office is on the street side. Suite 250

To the Cumming Office:
GA400 N. Exit right at Exit #14. Follow signs to Northside Forsyth Hospital. The 1100 building is next to the hospital.

To the Johns Creek Office:
Take McGinnis Ferry Road and follow signs to Emory Johns Creek Hospital. We are in the Physicians building attached to the hospital on the left.
