David W. Banks, MD, FACS
Dr. David Banks graduated from Emory University in 1975 and stayed there to pursue his medical education, earning his MD from Emory in 1979. He was a resident in surgery at the University of Hawaii's Integrated Surgical Residency Program in Honolulu before returning to Emory University to complete his residency in urology. He was Chief Resident at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta from 1984-85.
Dr. Banks is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also currently a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery, Urology, at Emory University School of Medicine. He is a former Chief of Urology at North Fulton Medical Center and a former Chief of Staff at North Fulton Regional Hospital. He is active in many professional associations and in continuing his medical education.
W. Glover Little, MD, FACS
Dr. Glover Little is a native of Atlanta. He earned his BA from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC and graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine in 1979. He completed an internship and residency in surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville. He then returned to Emory University for his residency in urology, where he was also Chief Resident in Urology from 1984-85. He has been in practice with North Fulton Urology, PC since 1988.
Dr. Little is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery (Urology) at Emory University School of Medicine.

Lewis S. Kriteman, MD
Dr. Lewis Kriteman is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from Yale University in 1988, and then graduated with honors from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City in 1994. He moved to Atlanta after medical school and completed his internship, surgical and urologic residencies at Emory University Hospitals where he was chief resident from 1999-2000.
Dr. Kriteman has published on a wide variety of urologic topics and has been a regular presenter at various national meetings including the annual American Urological Association meeting, the Southeast Section of the American Urological Association meeting and the American Society for Clinical Oncology annual meeting.
He is certified by the American Board of Urology
He is a member of numerous medical societies, and continues to be active in educational endeavors.

Harry M. Rutland, MD
Dr. Rutland is a native of Guntersville, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and received his medical degree in 2001 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine.
Dr. Rutland completed his internship, surgery, and residency in urology at Emory University Hospitals where he was Chief Resident in Urology in 2005-2006.
Dr. Rutland is fully trained in both adult and pediatric urology including the most up-to-date urologic treatments.

What is Urology?
Urology involves the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the genito-urinary system. A urologist is a physician who is highly trained to treat disorders of the male and female urinary tract (bladder, ureter, kidney, and urethra) and the male reproductive system. Urologic problems are found in patients of all ages ranging from infants to the elderly, and treatments involve both surgical and non-surgical interventions. Conditions that urologists treat include benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), bladder control problems, erectile dysfunction (impotence), male infertility, prostate cancer, prostate disorders, and urinary incontinence.
